I chose to be involved with NAAAP New York for a number of reasons. I wanted to meet other like minded Asian American professionals in the New York area. I wanted to gain more experience serving as a volunteer with people of different personalities and professions. I wanted to increase my awareness of the professional and personal issues impacting AAPI folks. For a number of years, I have had the opportunity to further young career people's professional development. Over the years I have been blessed with mentors and coaches. I am appreciative to be associated with NAAAP New York.
